BUSH'S COVERUP OF REAGAN HISTORY

NOVEMBER 2001: President Bush... the President who was repuduated by the American Voters, has just signed an Executive Order to stop the release of records concerning the Reagan administration. This is in violation of the 1978 Presidential Records Act that was passed by Congress as a post-Watergate reform. This Act was designed to provide historicans and the American Public an insight into how policy decisions were made.... and to prevent a President from concealing embarassing facts about their administrations. In this case it also protects Bush Sr. This is not just a conflict of interest, but an intolerable abuse of power.
