This utility converts standard keyboard characters into their HTML character set.
To encrypt, simply "type" your message or HTML script by using the radio buttons.
When completed, or just needing to check it, copy the coding and paste it into the display box. Leave the "HTML" in place.
If you have encrypted coding you want to decipher, the display box is where it goes. If the code starts with "HTML", remove the "HTML" from it and also in the display box as well.
To find a character equivalent for symbols not found above, use the small textarea box and type it in.
