<h1>JAVASCRIPT ERROR!! RELOAD</h1>

This Telnet code MUST be installed at a web-page provider, like hypermart which offers cgi access. You should check that service's TOS to avoid problems. Once you get an account, name the file telnet.pl. C&P the code exactly as you find it below and save the page. NOTE: you must CHMOND the page using 777 or it won't work.
